With package #1 you will get a professional MLS listing PLUS all the cost saving benefits of selling as a "For Sale By Owner" for an up-front fee of $749.

If you are contacted by a buyer’s REALTOR® then you will pay the REALTOR® a pre--determined commission (of your choice) and a succession fee of $449 to our brokerage for processing the deal which includes Board fees and Brokerage fees.

If a private buyer contacts you and you sell the property directly then you will pay the $749 up-front fee and a $449 succession fee.
