of the selling side of the commission is refunded back to
the seller. This is a huge cash savings compared to traditional
fees.
For
example, in the Greater Victoria and Vancouver Island area
the traditional commission is 6% of the first $100,000 and
3% of the balance.
For
a home worth $400,000 this would amount to a commission
of $14,000 + HST. This total is then typically split down
the middle with half going to the realtor who listed your
home and their broker and the other half going to the realtor
who brings the buyer and their broker. With our package
2 if you list the same $400,000 home with us we would refund
you half of our selling commission for a refund of $3,500.
